11:30 - 1:00 Hatha Yoga alignment / or Mantra Yoga / or Creative Movement
2:00 – 4:00 Raja Yoga / or Yantra Yoga w/ Hatha & Pranayama

· Creative / Improvisational Movement * Kundalini Dance
