The last 11 weeks has been a transformation for me. I was able to develop my spiritual practice and take the time to go inward, using the knowledge David and Marina gave me. I have used the science of yoga to truly tap into my truth and have a deeper connection to the universe. I sit in stillness and connect to higher consciousness. To be able to sit without mind chatter is a gift and awakening to the rest of this lifetime, Practicing chakra yoga to tune up my body from the inside out.

Thank you for this program. It has been very informative and experiential. Simply being on the land and forming habits of meditation and hatha, combined with informative talks has been useful. I have opened to yoga as a spiritual nonreligious discipline which connects me to the universal reality. I feel that I have tools to work with to gain a deeper personal connection with the reality I have always perceived but had no way of explaining or method for entering. While my mind and my emotions seem to hold a lot of sway, my ability to see them from the outside or a witness perspective has increased.

How important is a spiritual community?

Important indeed -- for it is the water and earth to our flowering and bloom-- here we did, breathing in the light of David's teachings while being etherically nourished by Marina and Jenika's embodied mantra practice. What a gift!

This course was so magical and transformational. you guys gave us so much and I can't imagine another course ever being this well rounded and evolutionary!
