August to September; Daily classes are running: 100-300 baht per day

Monday to Friday

7:00 am	Egyptian Yoga: physical postures done with breath, movement and music to increase strength and flexibility as well stimulate circulation and energy flows;
10:00 am	Hatha Yoga Dandhal: body building & strengthening.
11:00	No-Dimensions dance; from Osho
3:00 pm	Hatha Yoga: postures, alignment, breath
4:00 pm	Jnana Yoga: Relaxation techniques, beyond the mind
7:30	Raja Yoga: Concentration and meditation
